Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Align Wellness and Align Medical PC, we value your time and commitment to your health. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy for all appointments booked through our website or clinic.

Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required at Booking: All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full Refunds: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

  • One-Time Courtesy Rebooking: You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Second Reschedule Forfeits Payment: If you request to reschedule a second time, the original payment will be forfeited and a new payment will be required to book a future appointment.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Requests for exceptions to this policy due to extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of clinic management.
